did u know i will have problem on Border .Cose a lot guys told me i will .Cose trabi have hismoke and the i cant go out borer with Trabi .Is that true. |

I think it should not be a problem to go from Bulgaria to Germany, provided that the car is in a good condition (and you don't use the choke longer than necessary). I think that cose a lot my friends told me the 2Takt cars are banned for East Europe.But i dont Beliave.I know this picture this is near abaut 30km from my city  .I drive very nice green metalik 601 s 1990 .Can u told me how meny kolometars is from Bulgaria to Zwikau .I try to find it in Internet some maps but i didnt find anything.If u have some information how meny km, is from Bulgaria to Zwikau i will be very hapy.P.S. sorry for my bad English . |

I am sure that it is not possible to produce new cars with 2-stroke engines and get these cars registered in the EU member states (neither East nor West Europe). But, as mentioned above, the use of 2-stroke engines is not forbidden. May be there are local restrictions in some cities, due to smog problems. If you go via Sofia/Beograd/Budapest/Wien/Prag the distance will be around 1900 km. But you have to pay tolls for the use of certain highways. Perhaps there are better routes possible. Here is an English route finder http://www.viamichelin.com/viamichelin/gbr/dyn/controller/Driving_directions If you type only Burgas/Bulgaria as departure and Zwickau/Germany as destination, you will get the following result: 2001km including 1317km on motorways. It even calculates toll and fuel costs.
